لكى تقوم برحله لصيد الارانب ليلا لازم تكون على معرفه باحد اصحاب المزارع او الغفر اللى على المزرعه ويكون المكان متاح فيه ممرات للسياره وبتكون ادواتك اما بندقيه خرطوش واما رش وكشاف قوى جدا للاضائه لرؤيه الارنب وكذلك كشاف يدوى للطوارئ
اما الاماكن فهى كثيره جدا على طريق اسكندريه الصحراوى ومعظم اماكن الصيد بيكون فى مزارع ملكيات خاصه
اما اذا كانت لديك امكانيات لعربه محترمه4*4 وبندقيه خرطوش مرخصه وصياد متمكن فيمكنك الصيد نهارا فى المناطق غرب الصحراوى والارانب دائما تسكن الاماكن القاحله نهارا وتتوارى فى اى عشبه نهارا واثناء السير بالسياره تخرج امامك وعلى الصياد القنص وللعلم الارانب لا تغادر هذه الاماكن نهارا ابدا لانها تكون عرضه للصيد من الثعالب والطيور الجارحه وليلا تذهب الى المزارع القريبه لتاكل وافضل اماكن نجد الارانب فيها هى مزارع الزيتون ولانعرف لماذا تتواجد فيها بكثره
وليلا يكون الاعتماد الاساسى فى رؤيه الارنب على انعكاس الضوء فعندما توجه الضوء للارنب تجد عينيه لونها احمر فيروزى وهى تشبه عين الثعلب مع اختلاف الحجم فعين الثعلب اكبر
